After hearing the matter for sometime, Shri Mulgaonkar, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, upon instructions from the Petitioner who is present in Court, seeks leave to withdraw the above Writ Petition with liberty to assail the impugned Order by alternate remedy in accordance with law. In case any such proceedings are initiated, the concerned Court shall examine such proceedings on its own merits after hearing the parties in accordance with law. All contentions of the parties are left open.
