In pursuance to the orders made in this matter from time to time, the latest status report dated 11.03.2022 has been filed before us.

This status report dated 11.03.2022 reads as follows: "

The site was inspected by the GCZMA official on 11/03/2022 in the presence of the respondent. The subject matter property is bearing Survey No.101/1 (part) and 101/3 (part), Agonda, Canacona. The inspection commenced at 4.00 pm. At the time of inspection it is found that the construction material and debris are removed from site.

The photographs of the site from road side and beach side are taken during the inspection are enclosed herewith. The inspection concluded at 4.45 pm.

Mr. Desai who appears for respondent no.2 states that the construction at the site has been demolished and the construction material and debris is removed from the site. Mr. Karan Bhatura, learned counsel for the petitioner accepts the position reflected in the status report and submits that there can be no objection to the disposal of Writ Petition No.184/2021.

Accordingly, Writ Petition No.184/2021 is disposed of.

Writ Petition No.13/2021 has to be considered independently.
