DATED :- 19th March, 2025 ORAL ORDER By this application, the applicant seeks extension of time to comply with the order dated 05/12/2024. By the said order the applicant was directed to deposit the amount of Rs.22,33,656/- within a period of three months from the date of the order. According to the Applicant, it could arrange only 25% of the said amount i.e. Rs. 5,58,414/-. It is prayed that the balance amount be permitted to be deposited by extending the time in that respect.

2. Considering the reasons indicated in the application, the following order is passed:

Amount of Rs.5,58,414/- shall be deposited by the Applicant in 19th March, 2025

MCA 70 of 2025 this Court by 21/03/2025. The balance amount of Rs.16,75,242/- shall be deposited within a further period of 3 months from today.

3. It is made clear that no further request for extension of time would be considered.

4. Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

5. Subject to the aforesaid, interim order dated 05/12/2024 shall continue to operate.
