This is an application for permission to travel abroad from 25.04.2018 to 30.06.2018.

2. On hearing the learned Counsel for the parties, it appears that a similar permission was granted by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No. 48/2016 on 09.03.2016, on certain conditions. It transpired during the course of the arguments at bar that the Criminal Case is fixed on 13.04.2018, for recording the statement of the applicant under Section 313 of Cr.P.C.

3. In order to afford reasonable time to the learned Special Judge to decide the Special Case before the applicant leaves for abroad, the learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, states that the applicant shall postpone his visit from second week of May 2018. The statement is accepted.

4. In that view of the matter, the following order is passed:

O R D E R

(a) The applicant is permitted to travel abroad from second week of May 2018 to 30.06.2018.

(b) The applicant shall intimate the actual date of his travel abroad to the learned Special Judge, upon which, the Passport bearing No. A-1738499 shall be handed over to the applicant, subject to a true copy of the Passport along with renewal of Passport, if any, being kept on record.
