Heard the learned Counsel for the respondents. 2.

In the present Writ Petition the impugned order dated 18/03/2013 is assailed. The said order passed on the application filed by the plaintiffs to re-open their evidence in order to examine defendant no.3 and the said relief was strongly contested by the defendants relying upon the authoritative pronouncement of this Court. The application was rejected, recording that no justified grounds are made out to re-open the case.

When the writ petition was instituted in the year 2013, the proceedings in Regular Civil Suit were stayed for a period of three weeks. The protection was continued. In the meanwhile, the Writ Petition was admitted and on 25/07/2013, the interim relief was not continued but the hearing was expedited. By this time the suit must have been disposed of since the period of approximately seven years have passed. The learned Counsel on verification of the status of the suit on the website states that the suit was fixed for final arguments 4.

In such circumstances, the Writ Petition is rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such. BHARATI DANGRE, J.
