An affidavit filed by the Respondent No.4 is taken on record. In paragraphs 11 and 12, it is stated as under : "11.With reference to Para No.12, it is submitted that, since the Petitioner is not registered as a History Sheeter at Margao Town Police Station, there was no need to reply to the Notice issued by the Petitioner's advocate.
12. It is submitted that, the Petitioner is not listed as a History Sheeter at this Police Station and there is no harassment caused to the Petitioner by the Respondent No.4, as claimed by the Petitioner. He has never been summoned by the Police orally or with written instructions. However, as mentioned above only 2 FIRs have been registered against the petitioner and only 3 Chapter Cases, the last being in the year 2015.

2. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that in view of this statement made, the grievance made by the Petitioner in this Petition, stands redressed. The Petition does not survive any further. Accordingly the Writ Petition is disposed of. Prithviraj K. Chavan, J.
