2. This is an application for release of 50% of the amount deposited in the Court by the respondent No.1 in favour of the applicants No.1 to 4.

3. Shri Fonseca, learned Advocate for the respondent submits that the learned Tribunal directed that 50% of the compensation had to be awarded in favour of the applicant No.1 and the balance in favour of the applicant Nos.2 to 4. In view thereof

MCA/235/2018 50% of the 50% shall be released in favour of the applicant No.1 and 25 % of the 50% in favour of the applicant Nos.2,3 and 4 respectively. The amount to the share of the minor applicant no.4 shall be invested in fixed deposit until she attains majority.
