Mr Rao, based on instructions from the Applicant, seeks leave to withdraw this application. However, he seeks for an additional four weeks' time to comply with the undertaking dated 13/02/2023 and demolish the structure in question. Accordingly, time for compliance with the undertaking is extended by four weeks from today.

Mr Rao, on instructions, states that a compliance report will be filed in this Court within a week from undertaking the 03/04/23
