Mr. Palekar, learned counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant will implead the seventeen appointees who have been left out from the array of Respondents rather than seeking leave to serve these appointees by the substituted service.

Accordingly, leave is granted to implead the seventeen additional appointees as the Respondents to the main petition. Amendment to be carried out within one week from today.

After the amendment is carried out, issue notices to the newly impleaded Respondents.

Mr. Shirodkar, learned Addl. Government Advocate states that the service can be effected upon these newly impleaded appointees through the heard of department. Thus, in addition to the usual mode of service, leave is granted to effect service upon the new appointees through their head of department i.e. Chief Electrical Engineer. The Petitioner to thereafter file an affidavit of service. 5.

The Misc. Civil Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
