2. The record shows that the appeal was fixed for peremptory hearing on 22/11/2011. This was as per the order dated 10/10/2011. Thereafter, on 11/07/2014, the matter was adjourned, making it clear that the appeal would not be adjourned. On 31/07/2014, none appeared for the appellants and the appeal was fixed for dismissal on 07/08/2014. On that day also, none appeared. Today again, there is no appearance on behalf of the appellants. Considering this and the previous orders passed, the Second Appeal is dismissed in default, with no order as to costs.
