Mr Gaokar, based on instructions from the Appellant Mrs Rekha Mandrekar, who is present in the Court, seeks leave to withdraw this Appeal. He points out that the loan in question has already been repaid and the matter has been settled with the Bank. Mrs Rekha Mandrekar, the Appellant, is present in the Court and she also craves leave to withdraw this Appeal as the matter is already settled.
