This is an application for early hearing of the Writ Petition No.1046/2017. The applicant had earlier preferred Miscellaneous Civil Application No.36/2021 for early hearing of the petition. The said application was allowed vide order dated 22.03.2021 with direction that the matter be listed on 19.04.2021 for disposal.
