After considering the hearing of the petition, Shri Pangam in fairness considered that in case the Principal District Judge, North Goa, Panaji, delivers his judgment today against the interest of the petitioner herein, the respondents would stay off its hand for the execution of such judgment for a period of four weeks, on instructions.

3. In view thereof, nothing survives in this petition which is
