The Petition concerns the seniority between the petitioner and respondent no.4. The petitioner is aggrieved by placement of respondent no.4 above him in seniority list dated 24.08.2016. It appears that he has approached respondent no.2 and since the matter was not being proceeded with, the Petition has been filed. It appears that the appeal filed by petitioner, according to instructions to learned Additional Government Advocate, would be disposed of within a period of eight weeks by respondent no.2. 2.

In view of the statement, the Petition is disposed of. 24th August 2021
