The only relief which has been pressed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, is to issue the direction to the revisional Court i.e. Additional District Judge-I Mapusa to dispose of Revision Application No.15/2020 within a time bound manner. The revision challenges the order of the JMFC dismissing the application for defreezing the bank account of the applicant. Considering the nature of the relief sought and which is now the subject matter of the revision it would be appropriate considering that the revision is of the 7th March 2024

2& 915 WPCR-50-2023.DOC year 2020, that the revision be decided finally on or before 30/04/2024. The petition is disposed of accordingly. No cost. 2.

In view of this, Criminal Misc. Application No.219 of 2024(F) does not survive.
