The learned counsel for the Petitioners and Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 state that this petition can be disposed of because Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 have agreed to file consent terms before the Administrative Tribunal. They point out that these consent terms will settle the disputes between the parties.

2. Mr Parsekar, learned counsel for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 hands in a written application for disposal of this petition. This written application is signed by the power of attorney holder of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Mr Uday Gawandi, the power of attorney who has signed this application is present in the Court. Mr Parsekar has also signed this application to identify Mr Uday Gawandi. This application 2nd February, 2024

3. Based on the joint request and the statement made on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 that the settlement has indeed been reached and the consent terms would be filed before the Administrative Tribunal within a month from today, this petition is disposed of.
