This is an application for bringing legal representatives of respondent no.15 on record who is survived by his wife, Mrs Arabella Costa Frias e Pinto who is already on record as respondent no.14 and his daughter, Ms Rhea Ann Pinto.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent no.14 submits that he will file vakalatnama on behalf of the proposed legal representative respondent no.15(a)-Ms Rhea Ann Pinto within two weeks from today.

3. Respondent no.15 died on 29.11.2020. The death certificate 26th April, 2023

MCA 152 of 2023 is on record. For the reasons mentioned, the application is allowed in terms of the prayer made. Consequential amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today.

4. The civil application is disposed of.
