REGISTRAR'S ORDER The appellant has filed this application to issue notice to respondent no.1 by way of substitute service by its publication in the newspaper. However, the respondent no.2 has informed that the respondent no.1 died on 18.02.2009 and she has also furnished the copy of death certificate issued by the YOLO County Heath Department, Woodland, California. As the respondent no.1 reported to be dead long back in the year 2009, notice by way of publication cannot be issued. Hence, this application is rejected.

The Appellant to take appropriate steps to bring Legal Representatives of respondent no.1 on record and for that two weeks time is granted.
