For the order which is proposed to be made, we feel that no notice is necessary to Respondent No.6.

The learned Advocate General makes a statement that the

wp232-20 dt.12-03-20 Captain of Ports will formulate an appropriate policy in relation to berthing of the river cruise vessels/inland passenger vessels, within a period of two months from today, after taking into consideration the views of all the stakeholders.

According to us, for the present, this is the maximum relief which, in any case, we could have granted to the Petitioner. 5.

In fact, even Mr. Lotlikar, learned Senior Advocate for the Petitioner submits that there is necessity of some guidelines, so that all the stakeholders can carry on their activity by adopting the policy 'live and let live'.

Accordingly, by accepting the statement of the learned Advocate General, we dispose of this Petition. Smt. M.S. Jawalkar, J. M.S. Sonak, J.
