1. Heard learned Senior Advocate Shri Ramani for the Applicant. The application is opposed by the learned Addl. Govt. Advocate. However, we find that by order dated 18th April 2012, this Court dismissed the first appeal filed by the Respondents. By this application, it is requested that this Court permits the applicant to withdraw the entire amount of compensation deposited by the Respondents, along with the accrued interest thereon. There is nothing on record to indicate that there is any challenge to this order.

2. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (i). Bank account details be 19th August, 2024

MCA 245 of 2024 furnished to the Registry immediately. The amount to be paid to the Applicant within two weeks.

3. Application is disposed of.
