This is an application challenging the order dated 29/4/2016 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) refusing to register the writ petition for want of compliance with the office objections. In view of the fact that the registration itself of the matter was refused it would not be necessary to issue notice to the respondent at this stage.

2. Shri Padgaonkar, the learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicant shall remove the office objections within a period of two weeks from today. The statement is accepted.

3. In such circumstances, the impugned order dated 29/4/2016 is hereby set aside. Stamp no.2454/2015 is restored to file. Three

MCA/573/2018 weeks time is granted to remove the office objections. Stamp no. 2454/2016 shall be registered subject to removal of office objections.
