REGISTRAR'S ORDER This application is filed, for substituted service by way of publication of the notice to respondent no.3. The Notice issued to respondent no.3 is his last known address, at Mumbai. On perusal of the bailiff report dated 31.07.2018, it reveals that the respondent no.3 has left the address, since 4 years and his whereabouts are not known. According to the Advocate, address given was last known address. On perusal of the service of summons of notice, it reveals that the notice will not be served upon to respondent no.3 by ordinary means. Hence, application is allowed. Issue notice to respondent no.3 by way of substituted service by publication in two local newspaper published in Marathi as well as in English language, in Mumbai. The Ld. Advocate for the applicant undertakes to pay the due process fees.
