This is an application for Confirmation of Decree of Divorce dated 26.4.2018 passed by the Family Court at Bangalore (Karnataka) in M.C. No.5247/2017. By the said Decree the marriage between the applicant and the second respondent has been dissolved by a Decree of Divorce under Sec.13 B of the Hindu Marriage Act.

2. Indisputably that was a petition jointly filed by the applicant and the second respondent for dissolution of marriage by consent.

3. I have heard the Learned Counsel for the applicant and the Learned Counsel herein for the second respondent. I have also heard the Additional Advocate for the first respondent. The Learned Counsel for the parties submit that mutual consent is one of the grounds available as per the family laws for the dissolution of marriage. The decree is passed by the Competent Court by consent of parties. In such circumstances the application is allowed int terms of Prayer Clause (a). C. V. BHADANG, J.
