Reply filed to the application for the condonation of delay. None again for the respondent nos.3 and 4. 2.
Learned Counsel appearing for the applicants submits that considerable time was spent in pursuing the file with their Head Office in Jaipur, Rajasthan and besides that time was also consumed in pursuing the settlement with the respondent nos.1 and 2. In view thereof, the delay being sufficiently accounted, be condoned and accordingly appeal be registered. 3.
Learned Counsel appearing for the respondent nos.1 and
MCA-385-18.doc 2 opposed the application on the ground that the delay had not been substantially explained and there was no explanation given for the file being in the Head Office for more than a month.

Nonetheless, considering the grounds urged in the application and also the objections raised on behalf of the contesting respondent nos.1 and 2, i find it appropriate in the circumstances to condone the delay. In view thereof, the application is allowed subject to the payment of costs of ₹2,000/- in respect of the respondent nos.1 and 2. Registry to register the appeal.
