By this Petition, the Petitioner is seeking quashing of the FIR No.52/2016 dated 24.02.2016 registered with the P.S. Margao. The learned Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation in the matter is complete and the Investigation Officer has filed a 'C' summary report before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class at Margao.

2. In such circumstances, nothing survives in the Petition. The Petition is accordingly disposed of.

3. Needless to mention, that the Magistrate shall examine the

WPCR/39/2016 final summary report on its own merits and in accordance with law.
