The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time of six weeks to approach the Hon'ble Apex Court and requests for extension of stay which was operating during the pendency of the writ petition.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents opposes the same.

3. Considering the circumstances, I find that it would be necessary to grant time to the petitioners. In such circumstances, the interim stay operating during the pendency of the petition shall continue for a period of six weeks.
