2. This is an application for withdrawal of the amount deposited in the Court.

3. The applicant has filed an affidavit giving the details of the other legal heirs of the deceased apart from the widow who alone had filed the appeal. In view thereof, as there is no serious contest to the application, the Registry is directed to disburse the amount in favour of the applicant. She shall furnish an undertaking that in the event she does not succeed in the appeal the same shall be deposited in the Court.
