2. Considering the limited relief involved and further having regard to the fact that the marriage of the son of the petitioner is scheduled on 1/4/2018 at his native place in Kerala , liberty is granted to the petitioner to travel to his native place from 27/3/2018 to 16/4/2018.

3. Shri Joshi, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner shall return to Goa on

CRIR/24/2018 16/4/2018. The petitioner shall furnish his native address along with proof before the Investigating Officer.

4. The Criminal Revision application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
