Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties and in view of the settlement the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition.

2. It is also pointed out that vide order dated 23.08.2023, it was inadvertently mentioned that the petition be listed for dismissal. The order dated 23.08.2023 stands corrected as 'the matter be listed for withdrawal'.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is permitted to be withdrawn and disposed of.
