1. Having gone through the Roznama of Special Civil Suit No. 135/2023/C, pending before the Ad-hoc Civil Judge Senior Division, 'C' Court at Mapusa, I do not find any cause for granting the reliefs sought in the application. There is no interpretation required on the order referred to in the relief clause.

2. The application stands dismissed.

3. Considering that the matter before the Trial Court is now fixed on 19th March, 2025

MCA 81 of 2025 25.03.2025, for recording arguments of the Defendants, learned Advocate for Respondents/Defendants in the suit submits that subject to the Civil Court being able to accommodate the hearing of the matter on 25.03.2025, Defendants would complete their arguments on that day.

4. Mr. S. M. Walawaikar, learned Advocate appearing for the Applicants submits that he will not make any submission in rejoinder and the Civil Court would be free thereafter to reserve the matter for orders. In this view of the matter, the Civil Court is requested to dispose of the application for temporary injunction at Exhibit D-3, at the earliest possible time, considering its workload.
