2. It is submitted that twice the application for bail filed by the applicant, before the learned Sessions Judge, was rejected. These applications were filed at the stage when the chargesheet was not filed. During the pendency of the present application, the chargesheet is now filed on 10/04/2015. In such circumstances, the learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application as he intends to approach the learned Sessions Judge for bail.

3. The application is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
