Mr. Karpe, the learned Standing Counsel for the Central Government, appears on behalf of respondent nos.1 and 2 and states that the petitioners' application dated 29.07.2020 at annexure 'E' page 20 of this petition, will be disposed off in accordance with law within six weeks from today.

Andreza -23. By accepting the aforesaid statement and directing the respondent no.1 to act accordingly, we dispose off this petition. 4.

We make it clear that we have not examined the merits of the issue and, therefore, the Flag Officer will have to dispose off this application in accordance with law and on its own merits. The decision to be communicated to the petitioners.

There shall be no order as to costs.
