2. The proposal given by respondent no. 5 at the last meeting is accepted by the Government in principle, subject to obtaining administrative approval. In the light of that, respondent no. 5 shall be paid by way of final settlement of the Appeal compensation @Rs.800/- per square metre with accrued interest. The balance amount will be refunded to the Government with accrued interest.

Both the payments to be made by the Registrar without any reference to the Court.
