This is an application for substituted service on respondent nos. 3 and 5 by publication. Respondent Nos. 3 and 5 are said to be ordinary residents of Uttar Pradesh. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the publication shall be made in the local edition of Times of India in Uttar Pradesh. The application is supported by an affidavit.
