1. After hearing the Applicant for some time and when this Court expressed that the Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order, Mr. Keny learned counsel appearing for the Applicant and on instructions seek permission to withdraw the present petition.

2. Accordingly, leave is granted to withdraw the present petition.

3. The amount which is pending with this Court and deposited by the Applicant shall be paid to the Respondent.
