In continuation to the order dated 27.03.2025, the learned Counsel Mr. Yogesh Nadkarni, representing the Mormugao Port Authority, on instructions, make a statement that the Authority has arrived at a decision to recall the notice inviting tender i.e. E-Tender No. CE/55/2024 for leasing of 7,670 square metres of water area alongside Berth No. 2 for berthing of small and medium leisure crafts for five years. He makes a categorical statement that a fresh tender process shall be initiated.
