Heard Mr. Bhargav Khandeparkar, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. V. Pednekar, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent No.1.

2. The petitioner seeks direction to decide the Show Cause Notice dated 14th July, 2010, which is pending consideration before the respondent No.1, in connection with the activities being carried out by the respondent No.3.

3. During the course of the hearing of the above petition, Mr. V. V. Pednekar, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent No.1 pointed out that the show cause notice has not

WP/312/2017 yet been disposed of and a decision thereon shall be taken within two weeks from today.

4. In view of the said statement of the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent No.1,upon instructions, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the above writ petition.

5. Accepting the said statement, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that we have not examined the merits of the contentions raised in the show cause notice. All contentions of the parties, on merits, are left open. NUTAN D. SARDESSAI, J.
