Shri R. De Sa, learned Counsel for the petitioner upon instructions from the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to take out appropriate proceedings against the impugned order before the appropriate forum.

2. Leave is granted to withdraw this petition and the petition is disposed off accordingly with liberty as prayed for.

3. Further, the petitioner is permitted to take back certified copy of the order from the paper book after replacing the same with a xerox true copy.

4. This petition was instituted on 21.3.2017, in such circumstances, period spent by the petitioner between 21.3.2017 and 11.4.2017 may be taken as period spent bonafide in seeking recourse against the impugned order.
