Heard the learned Counsel for the parties for sometime.

The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the petition with the prayer that the application for temporary injunction, which is filed in Special Civil Suit No. 18/2013/A, pending before the learned Senior Civil Judge, Panaji, may be expedited.
3. In such circumstances, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with no order as to costs. The learned Senior Civil Judge shall decide
WP/370/2016 the application for temporary injunction as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from the receipt of this order. Parties to co-operate for the time bound disposal of the application.
