Looking to the tenor of the order made by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-3 in the roznama, the learned Additional Sessions Judge-3 is directed to hear and decide the application under Section 24 Sub-section 8 Cr.P.C. moved by the applicants first in point of time and only thereafter proceed to hear the arguments before the framing of the chargesheet.
