We have heard Mr. Ramani in support of the review petition. According to us, no case of error apparent on the face of record has been

2 901 CAREV 3 of 2021 made out. The contentions originally raised have been considered and answered by us in paragraph 30 of the impugned Judgment and Order of which review is applied for. Besides, the statistics which the review petition now seeks to produce was never produced by the Petitioner in the original petition, nor were the contentions which are now sought to be raised were in fact raised in the original petition. 3.

Mr. Ramani states that the delimitation notification was produced by him. However, in the petition, there was neither any challenge to the delimitation notification nor were any issues relating to reservation for OBC for women raised at that time by the learned Advocate for the Petitioner.

Accordingly, we decline to entertain this review petition considering the limited scope of our review jurisdiction. BHARATI H. DANGRE, J M.S. SONAK, J.
