Heard Ms. T. Ghanekar, learned Counsel appearing for the applicant and Mr. Hanumant D. Naik, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent no.2.

2. This is an application for appointment of an arbitrator under Section 11(6)of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

3. It is not disputed that the claim put forward by the applicant is arising from the arbitration agreement. Hence, by consent, both the learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that they agree that Shri A. D. Salkar, retired District Judge, to be appointed, as the sole arbitrator.

4. Hence, Shri A. D. Salkar, retired District Judge, is appointed as

AAR/11/2015 sole arbitrator, to decide the disputes between the parties. All the contentions raised by the parties are left open.

5. Application stands disposed of.
