2. The matter was mentioned by the parties before me. The parties as well as the advocates appearing on behalf of the parties are present. The parties and their respective advocates have placed Consent Terms signed by both the parties and their respective advocates, which spell out the amicable settlement arrived at between the parties. The said Consent Terms are taken on record and marked as Exhibit 'X'. As per 15th April, 2025

FA 32 of 2015 the Consent Terms, the appellant is handing over a Demand Draft of HDFC Bank for an amount of Rs.64,50,000/- (Rupees Sixty Four Lakhs Fifty Thousand only) as full and final payment of the decreetal amount, which includes interest and cost, if any.

3. The First Appeal is disposed of in view of the Consent Terms.
