According to us, both these applications seeking leave to amend the petition can be allowed because it is submitted that the amendments are necessary due to certain subsequent developments. Learned counsel for the respondents however submit that their objections may be kept open. 3.

Accordingly, by keeping open the objections, we grant the petitioners leave to amend the petition.

Mr. Shivam Fadte, learned counsel states that amendments will be carried out within one week from today and even amended copies of the petition will be supplied to the learned counsel for the respondents. If the respondents wish to file any response, they are at liberty to do so within 4 weeks from the date of receipt of the amended copy of the petition. 5.
