The applicant seeks appointment of the respondent no.1 as a guardian for her minor son i.e. the respondent no.2. It is contended that she had been appointed as a guardian for the respondent no.2 even before the M.A.C.T., North Goa at Mapusa.

2. In the circumstances, therefore, as she has no interest in the matter in controversy adverse to that of the respondent no.2, she is a fit person to be appointed as a guardian to represent the respondent no.2 in the proceedings.
