The petitioner challenges an order allowing the defendants to produce additional documents. Ms. Sharma who appears in person states that he is well versed with the procedure and he is able to conduct his case. He has been informed of the fact that the he is able to cross examine the defendants witnesses as and when the defendants lead evidence to prove the documents filed by the defendants.

Mr. Sharma states that the trial Court may be requested to proceed with the matter at the earliest. On this request, the learned Counsel for the respondents undertakes not to seek adjournment before the trial Court.

In that view of the matter, Mr. Sharma states that he will withdraw this petition. He is wholly conversant with the effect of withdrawal of this application and he will proceed to conduct cross examination of the defendants/defendants witnesses and challenge the veracity of the documents on the basis that unauthorised alterations appear upon the documents. 4.

At the request of Mr. Sharma, petition is disposed of as withdrawn. This Court has not examined merits of the parties case and the trial Court shall decide the matter at the earliest without granting unnecessary adjournments to the defendants. 5.
