2. Since the Arbitrator has been appointed, it is for the appellant to approach the Arbitrator for necessary interim reliefs, if any. The Arbitrator may consider such application, if made, on merits without being influenced by the order passed by the District Judge.

2. In this view of the matter, learned Senior Advocate does not press the present appeal. Keeping all contentions open, the appeal is dismissed.
