Heard Shri Amonkar, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner. During the course of hearing, the learned Advocate for the petitioner fairly accepts that the reliefs sought in the petition would not survive at the moment as in the meanwhile in Writ Petition No. 140/2016 this Court has granted an interim status quo order of the subject construction. The learned Counsel as such points out that the petitioner be granted liberty to file the intervention application in the said Petition.
