This is an application for withdrawal of the amount of maintenance deposited before this Court for which the learned Counsel for the respondents, on instructions, has expressed no objection.

2. In that view of the matter, the application is allowed as prayed. The applicant shall be allowed to withdraw Rs.50,000/- out of the amount lying in this Court. The remaining amount shall continue to remain invested.

3. The Civil Application is disposed off.
