Guarang Panandikar submits that, there is no necessity to record legal representatives of aforesaid respondents. Therefore, it be permitted to mark as "deceased". 2) It is added that legal representatives of respondent no.12(c) be permitted to record, as mentioned in para-12 of the application. Considering all facts in total, application is allowed. Notices be issued to legal representatives on process fees. Misc. Civil Appln. No. 84 of 2023 be disposed of. Appellant to carry out amendments in two weeks.
